These terms govern use of the Modern Gents Co. website, its direct part-time role information and the optional Modern Gents Edit SMS program. Please also consult the Privacy Policy.

MODERN GENTS CO. LLC provides this website and the role information it presents. The company exclusively operates MGC as its public SMS brand alias; Modern Gents Edit names the associated optional recruiting program. All role areas described concern the company's own direct part-time work, not placement with unrelated businesses.
Descriptions of menswear-information tasks are outlines for discussion. They do not by themselves verify a current vacancy or set hours, pay, benefits, location or qualification requirements. Confirm those matters with MODERN GENTS CO. LLC before relying on them, and note that a role outline may be changed or withdrawn.
An inquiry, a completed form interaction or SMS consent does not constitute an employment offer or establish a work contract. It also does not guarantee review, an interview or selection. An actual working relationship requires a separate agreement, and any agreed terms must be confirmed outside the role outline itself.
Modern Gents Edit may send recurring marketing SMS about the company's own direct part-time menswear-detail, size-note, editorial-check and product-question opportunities and company recruiting updates. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of applying, being considered for work, purchasing or receiving services.
SMS enrollment requires an initially unchecked consent choice followed by a separate initially unchecked confirmation choice. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact dreher@moderngentsco.com. Carrier and device conditions can affect delivery. No purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists are used for this program.
Provide accurate context and only information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate people, send unlawful or unsolicited promotional material, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt website operation. Introducing malicious code or trying to acquire another person's information without permission is prohibited.
Copy, branding, graphics and other protected material belong to the company or the relevant rights holder. Personal, lawful consultation of the website is allowed. Commercial republication, redistribution or use of protected branding may require permission unless applicable law provides an exception; visiting the site does not grant a general license.
Information and features are provided as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent lawful, no guarantee is made about continuous access, complete accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. These terms do not exclude a right, remedy or responsibility that applicable law requires to remain in place.

Any separate employment agreement, if reached, remains governed by its express provisions and applicable requirements.
